The Pesaro Angels are one of the best Under 21 teams in Italian league history. The first team was formed by Stephen Carpenter and Fiorenzo Troisi in 1989.

1989 U21 League:
5 wins - 3 losses (all three against the Bologna Towers)
Made it to the quarter finals and were defeated (6-0) by the Bologna Towers who later reached the YoungBowl and lost to the Milano Seamen
1990 U21 League:
7 wins - 1 loss (eliminated by the Bologna Towers)
Made it to the quarter finals were defeated (8-6) by the Bologna Towers who later reached the YoungBowl and won against the Legnano Frogs (9-6)
1991 U21 League:
8 wins - 1 loss (eliminated by the Roma Gladiators)
Made it to the final four were defeated (42-13) by the Gladiatori Roma who later reached the YoungBowl and lost to the Legnano Frogs (14-32)
1992 U21 League:
7 wins - 2 losses (eliminated by the Milano Pythons)
Made it to the final four were defeated (13-6) by the Milano Pythons who later reached the YoungBowl and lost to the Legnano Frogs (16-7)
